About Me

With over 20 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and career development, I work with individuals seeking a fulfilling career.

With a background in HR and qualifications in coaching, psychology and career education and development, I take a holistic and evidence-based approach to help you find a satisfying and productive career. With a warm and supportive style, I will work with you to clarify your goals and put in place a plan to help you get there.

Based in Port Macquarie, NSW, I offer virtual career development support across Australia.

I specialise in supporting early to mid-career professionals, particularly those who are:

feeling stuck in their careers,
returning to the workforce,
looking to make a career change but don't know where to start, or
haven't had to look for work for a long time.

As a member of the Career Development Association of Australia, I offer pragmatic and informed career coaching, job search skills and support, interview coaching, resume writing and LinkedIn Profiles.

I'm yet to meet anyone who enjoys writing or updating their resume which is why Lucy was an absolute life saver.
